Exhibitgroup/Giltspur (Exhibitgroup) designs, constructs, installs and warehouses convention and trade show exhibits and displays, primarily for corporate customers in North America, and, to a lesser extent, in Europe. Brewster Tours, Inc. (Brewster) provides a variety of tourism services in the Rocky Mountains of southern Alberta, Canada. Glacier Park, Inc. (Glacier Park) is a concessionaire in Glacier National Park in Montana.

Net loss totaled $51.5 million, vs. an income of $20.9 million Revenues reflect decreased revenue from the Exhibitgroup segment.
