UGI Corporation (UGI) is a holding company that distributes and markets energy products and related services through subsidiaries and joint venture affiliates. The Company is a domestic and international distributor of propane and butane (liquid petroleum gas) (LPG). UGI is a provider of natural gas and electricity service through regulated local distribution utilities, and also a generator of electricity through its ownership interests in electric generation facilities. It is a regional marketer of energy commodities, and a provider of heating and cooling services. The Company's subsidiaries operate in five business segments: AmeriGas Propane, International Propane, Gas Utility, Electric Utility, Energy Services and Propane Business.

Financial Information
For the fiscal year ended 9/30/04, total revenues rose 25% to $3.78 billion. Net income applicable to Common rose 13% to $111.6 million. Results reflects increased income from International Propane and Energy services as well as higher gross margins.
