Tiffany & Co. is the parent corporation of Tiffany and Company (Tiffany). Tiffany retails and distributes a selection of Tiffany & Co. brand jewelry at a range of prices. In addition to jewelry, it sells Tiffany & Co. brand merchandise in the following categories: timepieces and clocks; sterling silver merchandise, including flatware, hollowware (tea and coffee services, bowls, cups and trays), trophies, key holders, picture frames and desk accessories; stainless steel flatware; crystal, glassware, china and other tableware; custom engraved stationery; writing instruments, and fashion accessories. Fragrance products are sold under the trademarks Tiffany, Pure Tiffany and Tiffany for Men. Tiffany also sells other brands of timepieces and tableware in its United States stores.

Financial Information
For the nine months ended 10/31/04, revenues rose 10% to $1.39 billion. Net income decreased 7% to $97.7 million. Revenues reflect higher comparable store sales and favorable foreign currency exchange rates. Earnings were offset by higher operating expenses as a percentage of sales.
