The Company's principal products in each of these markets are bradycardia pacemaker systems, tachycardia implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) systems and electrophysiology (EP) catheters in CRM; vascular closure devices, catheters, guidewires and introducers in C/VA, and mechanical and tissue heart valves, valve repair products and suture-free devices to facilitate coronary artery bypass graft anastomoses in CS. St. Jude markets its products primarily in the United States, Western Europe and Japan. The Company also sells its products in Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Canada, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region through employee-based sales organizations and independent distributors.
