SIRVA, Inc. is in the global relocation industry, providing its solutions to a diverse customer base, including transferring corporate and government employees and moving individual consumers. The Company operates in more than 40 countries under brand names, including Allied, northAmerican, Global and SIRVA Relocation in North America, Pickfords in the United Kingdom, Maison Huet in France, Kungsholms in Sweden, ADAM in Denmark, Majortrans Flytteservice in Norway and Allied Pickfords in the Asia Pacific region. In addition, it offers services targeted at meeting the needs of truck drivers, fleet owners and agents, both inside and outside the Company's agent network. Its business operates in three segments: Relocation Solutions (North America, Relocation Solutions, Europe and Asia Pacific segments), Network Services and Transportation Solutions. In May 2004, the Company acquired the German moving services and relocation businesses of Rettenmayer Internationale Umzugslogistik GmbH.

Financial Information
For the nine months ended 9/30/04, revenue increased 15% to $1.71 billion. Net income from continuing operations increased 49% to $51.9 million. Revenuere flects acquisitions and favorable foreign currency impacts. Net income benefited from improved margins and significantly lower interest expenses.
