Business Description
SEI Investments Company is a global provider of outsourcing business solutions for investment processing, mutual fund processing and investment management for the financial services industry. The Company conducts its business through five segments. Private Banking and Trust provides investment processing, fund processing and investment management solutions to banks and other trust institutions. Investment Advisors provides investment management and investment processing solutions. The Enterprises segment provides retirement and treasury solutions, as well as an endowment solution for the not-for-profit market. Money Managers provides mutual and pooled fund processing and investment processing solutions. The Investments in New Businesses segment provides investment management and fund processing solutions to investment advisors, corporations, and money managers located outside the United States.

Financial Information
For the nine months ended 9/30/04, revenues rose 8% to $509.3M. Net income rose 20% to $126 million. Revenues reflect improvements in the Investment Advisors and Money Managers segments. Earnings also benefited from cost reductions and the equity interest in LSV Asset Management.
