RPM International Inc. (RPM) manufactures and markets specialty paints, protective coatings and roofing systems, sealants and adhesives, focusing on the maintenance and improvement needs of both the industrial and consumer markets. The Company's family of products includes those marketed under brand names, such as Carboline, DAP, Day-Glo, Flecto, Rust-Oleum, Stonhard, Tremco and Zinsser. In fiscal year ended May 31, 2004, RPM marketed its products in over 140 countries and territories and operated manufacturing facilities in 74 locations in the United States, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The Company has two operating segments: Industrial and Consumer.

Financial Information
For the three months ended 8/04, revenues rose 14% to $661.5 million. Net income rose 14% to $54.5 million. Results reflect increased unit volume, and lower administrative costs as a percentage of sales.
