QLogic Corporation designs and develops storage networking infrastructure components sold to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, resellers and system integrators. The Company produces the controller chips, management enclosure chips, host bus adapters (HBAs), fabric switches and management software that provide the connectivity infrastructure for every size of storage network. It serves customers with solutions based on various storage area network (SAN), technologies, including small computer systems interface (SCSI), Internet SCSI (iSCSI) and fibre channel.

Financial Information
For the nine months ended 12/26/04, revenues rose 5% to $414.7 million. Net income rose 11% to $111.4 million. Results reflect increased sales of Fibre Channel products, lower general administration expenses and lower taxation.
