Powershares Dynamic Market Portfolio seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called Dynamic Market Intellidex. The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the OTC Intellidex. It will generally invest in all of the stocks comprising the OTC Intellidex in proportion to their weighting in the OTC Intellidex. The Market Intellidex is comprised of over 100 US stocks selevted each quarter by the American Stock Exchange .
