SPDR O-Strip seeks to provide investment results that, before expenses, correspond generally to the total return of the S&P 500 O-Strip Index. The Index is a S&P equity index comprised of those stocks of the S&P 500 that are primarily traded in a dealer (OTC) market such as Nasdaq. The fund will normally invest at least 95% of its assets in common stocks comprising the Index. It will generally invest in all of the stocks of the Index in a similar proportion to their weightings in the Index.
