Oge Energy Corp. is an energy and energy services provider offering physical delivery and management of both electricity and natural gas in the south central United States. The Company conducts these activities primarily through two principal business segments: Electric Utility, which generates, transmits, distributes and sells electric energy, and Natural Gas Pipeline, which transports, stores, gathers, processes, markets and trades natural gas. Electric Utility is operated through Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, which services retail and wholesale customers in Oklahoma and Arkansas, covering approximately 30,000 square miles of service area, including Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Fort Smith, Arkansas. The Natural Gas Pipeline business is operated through Enogex and its subsidiaries, Enogex Gas Gathering L.L.C., Enogex Products Corporation and OGE Energy Resources, Inc.

For the nine months ended 9/30/04, revenues rose 19% to $3.52 billion. Net income from. continuing operations before acctg. change rose 4% to $143.4 million. Results reflect increased natural gas pipeline operating revenues, an increase in other income and a decrease in interest expenses.
