For the six months ended 6/30/02, revenues decreased 2% to $1.51 billion. Net income from continuing operations rose 58% to $133.2 million. Results reflect decreased advertising revenues attributable to a slowing U.S. economy, offset by a decrease in selling, general and administrative expenses.
