NCR is a world leader in providing Relationship Technology solutions to customers worldwide in the retail, financial, communications, travel and transportation, and insurance markets. For the six months ended 6/30/02, total revenues fell 9% to $2.63 billion. Net income before accounting change fell 81% to $30 million. Results reflect reduced revenues from the Retail Store Automation segment, lower gross margins and the absence of income tax benefits.
