Business Description
Liberty Property Trust is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust with interests in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and Midwestern United States and in the United Kingdom. The Company provides leasing, property management, development and other tenant-related services for its properties in operation. As of December 31, 2003, its portfolio consists of 673 industrial and office properties totaling about 53.7 million square feet. In addition, it has 15 properties under development and owns 1,079 acres of land, substantially all zoned for commercial use. The Company also owns interests in five joint ventures that hold interests in 30 properties and 53 acres of developable land. Largely, these properties are located in business locations within established business communities. Substantially all of the Company's assets and operations are owned and conducted directly or indirectly by its principal subsidiary, Liberty Property Limited Partnership.

Financial Information
For the nine months ended 9/30/04, revenues increased 6% to $490.7 million. Net income from continuing operations decreased 2% to $110.4 million. Results reflect an increased number of properties in operation, offset by increased depreciation expenses.
