For the three months ended 8/04, revenues rose 41% to $192.6 million. Net income rose 53% to $24.2 million. Results reflect the positive effect of the DolEx and MUZO acquisitions. Net income also reflects improved operating margins and the absence of a $1.6 million restructuring charge.
