As of December 31, 2001, through its wholly owned and partially owned subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company operated online trading platforms directed towards the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

For the six months ended 6/30/02, revenues increased 53% to $511.4 million. Net income totaled $101.9 million, up from $45.7 million. Results reflect increased online auction transaction activity and improved operating margins.
