Donaldson Company, Inc. is a worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and replacement parts. The Company operates in two segments engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of systems to filter air and liquid, and other complementary products. The two segments are Engine Products and Industrial Products. Products in the Engine Products segment consist of air intake systems, exhaust systems, liquid filtration systems and replacement parts. Products in the Industrial Products segment consist of dust, fume and mist collectors; compressed air purification systems; liquid filters and parts; static and pulse-clean air filter systems for industrial gas turbines; computer disk drive filter products; other specialized air filtration systems and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane and laminates. Products are manufactured at more than 30 plants around the world and through three joint ventures.

Financial Information
For the fiscal year ended 7/04, revenues rose 16% to $1.41 billion. Net income rose 12% to $106.3M. Results reflect higher sales from the Engine Products segment and the continued strong demand for disk drive filters; partially offset by lower operating margins.
