The Company owns Millstone Power Station, a nuclear power station, and Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp., a natural gas and oil exploration and production company. Dominion manages its operations along three primary business lines that integrate its electric and gas services. These are Dominion Energy, Dominion Delivery and Dominion Exploration & Production.

D is a fully integrated gas and electric holding company serving wholesale and retail markets in the Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic portions of the U.S. For the six months ended 6/30/02, revenues fell 10% to $4.97 billion. Net income rose 86% to $593 million. Revenues reflect lower gas prices and reduced volumes due to comparably lower heating-degree days. Net income reflects lower purchased gas expenses and the absence of $220 million in contract termination charges.
