Cintas Corporation designs, manufactures, and implements corporate identity uniform programs which it rents or sells to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. For the three months ended 8/31/02, total revenues increased 18% to $665.7 million. Net income rose 9% to $61.6 million. Revenues reflect higher rental income due to the growth in customer base and acquisitions. Earnings were partially offset by higher SG&A and interest expenses.
