Financial Information
For the nine months ended 9/30/04, revenues fell less than 1% to $3.47 billion. Net income applicable to Common rose 34% to $549.8 million. Revenues reflect decreased finance income. Earnings benefited from higher operating margins due to increased commercial aircraft equipment gains and a $41.8 million gain on redemption of debt.
