KG, Elan Corporation plc, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc., UCB SA, and Schering AG. It also has an agreement with Cardiokine, Inc. to develop lixivaptan, an oral compound for the potential treatment of hyponatremia in patients with congestive heart failure.
